It's the time of year in Minnesota where planning photo sessions can be tough! The weather is constantly changing. We are supposed to be in the 50's this weekend and a few days ago it was single digits. It is cloudy most of the time, snow, ice.... well you get the idea! So what to do when the weather is supposed to be warmer and there isn't much snow (so lots of muck)? Look around at some other fun photo opportunities! So that is what we did for Breanna and Caleb's engagement session.
They are planning a beautiful, rustic wedding at Gathered Oaks in Alexandria this coming July and I can not wait to be there to capture it! They are such an adorable couple. Boy they both made me feel so short though!!! I will have to remember my step stool for the wedding. ;)
We started our session at Penny's Diner in Glenwood, MN. They are big coffee drinkers so they brought their own mugs. I love them! Mr. Right and Mrs. Always Right. Yep that sounds good to me!
After the diner, it was time to explore what Glenwood had to offer. We checked out some old buildings including Central Square. You can't go wrong with a great metal staircase.
Then we found stacks and stacks of old pallets! LOVE! They worked perfectly for us. No matter what location we would have chosen I am pretty sure their engagement pictures would have turned out great no matter what. They are so in love and were just wrapped up in each other. A perfect pair!
