Brett & Brittany were married September 28, 2019 in a Catholic ceremony in Morris, Minnesota followed by a beautiful reception at Lakeside Ballroom in Glenwood. It was such a gorgeous day that I was so proud to be able to capture.
I have actually known Brett since I was an art teacher in Underwood. He was my student from 6th-12th grade! It has been a lot of years getting to know him so it was pretty dang cool to get to photograph his wedding. Not to mention that he and Brittany have become good friends of ours. So special to be a part of their wedding day!
They had a beautiful, sunny fall day and we captured their portraits in the Horticulture Gardens in Morris. Such a beautiful location! We all hung out and tried to coral their HUGE wedding party! Lots of laughs! Their ceremony took place at Assumption Catholic Church.
After the ceremony, everyone headed to Glenwood for their reception at Lakeside Ballroom. A beautiful venue on the shore of Lake Minnewaska and they had it decorated beautifully in blush pink and burgundy. It was one of the most fun receptions! I will let the pictures do all of the talking but we had emotional and funny speeches, a surprise mother/son dance, lots of dancing, laughter and SO MUCH JOY!
Congratulation Brett and Brittany! Definitely a highlight of 2019!
