Congratulations to the new Mr. and Mrs. Jensen!!! What a wonderful day that it was!
Brian and Jannel were married at Mount Carmel Ministries in Alexandria, Minnesota where I captured their portraits and ceremony. This one was special for me because in the last fours years I have photographed four different family members of the couple. They have both been in several wedding parties as a bridesmaid and groomsman and now was their turn to be the bride and groom! So honored to have captured their wedding day.
The weather can sure be unpredictable, especially spring time in Minnesota. Last weekend's wedding had 100% chance of rain during photo time and we didn't get a drop. But for Jannel and Brian's we had a 0% chance of rain as of the night before, but wouldn't you know that it rained!!! Can't tell from the pictures though because we still had plenty of time to get everything done outside. Go figure that the hardest rain came when we had the entire wedding party outside and they had to run up a hill to head for cover! Definitely a first for me! Just very grateful that they were such an understanding and awesome wedding party... and that their suits and dresses dried quickly!
They had a very simple and clean look to their wedding with dark grey, long dresses, light grey suits, and white bouquets with beautiful fresh flowers. Jannel's daughter Callie was just the cutest little flower girl and so adoring of her mom and Brian. With baby number two on the way, there is so much love for this little family.
When all was said and done we had a truly wonderful day filled with lots of love, laughter, and even some unexpected surprises! Thank you so much for letting me be a part of it. Congratulations!!!
