There is nothing better than to photograph a session in a location that is special to the people that you are photographing. That is just what we did for Rebecca and Darrin's engagement session last weekend. The afternoon was filled with stories from the farm. This is where Darrin first make Rebecca do all the heavy lifting for rock picking and where there has been a family wedding, but most notably where Darrin proposed to Rebecca. One of the sweetest engagements. I just love hearing about how couples get engaged! Darrin created a scavenger hunt for Rebecca that ended at the farm where he had rose petals leading her to a beautiful set up where he got down on one knee and proposed. So sweet!
We had a beautiful afternoon to capture their engagement pictures. So fun to get to know them a little better. Such a sweet couple! In just a few short months I will be capturing their wedding in a church in Garfield, MN followed by an outdoor reception. I just can't wait to see how it all comes together. It is sure to be a great time surrounded by their friends and family!
