Jamie's session was full of lots of things that I love... good people, beautiful location, animals, and lots of smiles and laughter. We both had to drive a ways to get to our chosen photo location. Jamie has worked at Silver Sage Horse Ranch in Clitherall, MN for several summers and loves it there so it was the perfect choice for her senior photo session. They traveled all the way from Maple Grove and I came from Paynesville but it was worth the drive. The beautiful rolling hills, the horses, the peacefulness...it was just beautiful. They also have a campground there and I think I just might have to stay there sometime.
We started our session with the horses and Jamie picked out her favorite "Trapper" to take some pictures with. I couldn't quit loving on him and then remembered "oh yeah I am supposed the be taking pictures not petting the horses...." ;) Loved it so much! After taking some shots with the horses we explored the beautiful property. I got to meet Jamie and her mom earlier this summer when she was part of the wedding party that I was photographing so it was nice to chat a little more.
I love meeting great new people in my job and Jamie and her family are the perfect example! Thank you so much for driving all the way up and having me capture your senior pictures for you! I can't wait to hear where you decide to go for college but it sounds like Boston College is sounding pretty great! Best of luck in your senior year and beyond!
