What an amazing wedding, couple, family &friends! I am so blessed to be able to share in these important moments in couples lives.
This wedding will definitely go down as one that I will not soon forget. They were married at St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Richmond, Minnesota with the reception following in Lake Henry at The Sportman's Den. The day was beautiful and Kendra and Sam couldn't have been more ready to get married. Read to to hear all about lots of fun details of the day and the super fun reception!!!
The bride remembered her grandfathers on a charm on her bouquet.
Her garter was her something blue and something borrowed. It was her moms that she wore on her wedding day so it was only fitting that her mom should put it on her. :)

The guys all had socks with different alcoholic beverages on them... if that is any indication of what is to come at the reception... ;)

The ring bearers did so good walking down the aisle. Even 18 month old Ashton thanks to Sam's son, Logan. Great job boys!

Kendra surprised Sam by playing a song on the piano during communion. She did such a great job too. And that is her dad in the background playing the guitar. The music was amazing!

Uh oh... you can just see that something is coming... and she gets him... he knows better... ;)
Dance time!!!! The DJ K Welle with Central Events took over and had everyone on the dance floor all night. Such a great job and I highly recommend!
Shoe game and Logan says "MEEEEEE"
Now for the removal of the garter. They sure didn't make it easy for poor Sam. They sold raffle tickets and they made rules for him. I believe they were eyes closed, use your teeth, and he had to sing "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star."
Then musical chairs to see who got the garter and $100!!!
But may favorite event of the evening was probably the bouquet toss. We told Kendra "Be careful to throw it low because of the ceiling fan".... but she hit it anyway and a few roses were lost.... so they had a redo.
..... and the redo Kendra threw the bouquet right into the lap of her grandma Betty!!!
She was so excited and surprised!!! It was a great moment!
Way to go grandma!!!
